Cards to Trees
Through our partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, we've created our Cards to Trees program, which plants a tree with every Paper Culture order. By using exclusively 100% post-consumer recycled paper, your Paper Culture cards never result in cutting down new trees, and instead, will help promote reforestation in our nation's forests.
Japan Earthquake Relief
While Easter may be a traditionally Christian holiday, the theme of rebirth and rebuilding is a universal message, especially in times of tragedy. As such, Paper Culture will donate 100% of the proceeds of our 2011 Easter Card sales to support Japanese Earthquake relief. We have chosen Save the Children as the recipient of the donations because children and family remain a core part of so many things we do here at Paper Culture. Our hopes and prayers are with the entire country of Japan. Please join us.
Healthy Child Healthy World
helps parents make responsible decisions, simple everyday choices, and well-informed lifestyle improvements to create healthy environments where children and families can flourish. As an eco-friendly company, we believe that it's important to support such organizations that are improving our children's lives and the communities in which we live. So, as part of our Cards That Care program, we donated 100 percent of the sales proceeds of our exclusive Healthy Child Healthy World holiday cards, inspired by the organization's Five Easy Steps.
Make a Global Difference: Somaly Mam Foundation
With over two million women and children sold into sexual slavery each year, it is a global crisis that must be stopped. More resources are critically needed to support the rescue and recovery of these young victims. So, as part of our Cards That Care program, we donated 20 percent of designated card sales to the Somaly Mam Foundation to help end human trafficking and slavery worldwide.
Fight Global Warming
Climate change education, carbon offsets and reductions and public outreach are key components to helping fight global warming. As part of our Cards That Care program, we are working with Carbonfund.org to make it easy and affordable for any individual, business or organization to reduce & offset their climate impact and hasten the transition to a clean energy future.
